Same Issue. Windows 11 Pro 22H2 The TaskManager Shows 40% CPU loading while TrafficMonitor shows 100% loading

For me, it unfortunately doesn't work. With the option "Based on CPU time" I have the same issue mentioned in this thread, the CPU utilization showed by Traffic Monitor is way below the value of Task Manager. But when I choose the checkbox "Use the performance counter" the CPU utilization stays at 0% and doesn't change at all. What can I do? Anyone with the same issue?

CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5600, Traffic Monitor is Version 1.84.1 (64Bit), Windows 11 23H2
