4 months ago I caught this too. If you dont want to restart the program, you may do refresh netowork list by right clicking the tray and choose the choose network - refresh netowork list
Sometimes the app shows no network activity.
This has happened to me 3 times now.. and I'm not certain what causes it.
But if I restart the program it resolves itself.
The only thing odd that I do with my system sometimes is add/remove many network connections, due to Hyper-V and Virtual Machines etc.. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but it's certainly a bug.
