Hi,

I don't understand, why you use column 7,12,22 with function Epinano_Predict.py in using model rrach.deltaQ3.deltaMis3.deltaDel3.linear.dump

In Epinano.sh script, you use the same model but with --columns 8,13,23.

Can you explain me please ?

In fact, they use two different models.

Ok, I thought it was the same header but I see it's not. The parameters used is on the third base for both models.
