make vcf2bed work with multiprocess #36

Hi,

Is it possible to make biscuit vcf2bed work with more than one process? Running biscuit pileup with 5 processes takes a fine amount of time, but the biscuit vcf2bed is a bottleneck when running on many filles, takes a lot of time..
