This is a direct copy and license change of Mayan EDMS #2

The only changes made were to conceal the name Mayan EDMS and add a patreon link.

This is an explicit violation of the license of MayanEDMS.

I've also contacted the author of Mayan so he can clear things up.

Copyright has been restored. Credit is given to Mayan EMDS. The project's goal are now better explained.
