Make module for correction only. #11

Hello, thank you for this very robust aproach.

For now linda is a end-end aproach.

I wonder if it would be possible to make it more modular.

E.g. perform a clr transformation, linear (mixed model ) with lme4. And then only correct with the linda aproach.

In this way we can also better i tegrate with tidymodels, or taxtree models.

Thanks, it's a good idea. Actually, we are working on improving the package. The tree structure is also what we would take into consideration in the future.
