The issue is in DMN designer when user press the Validate button in toolbar. Then no message about validation result is shown.
From my point of view, the current behavior (no message shown) could be acceptable if the model is error free. However there is no message shown even if there is some error in the model. We should either inform user about validation result or remove the validation button from the toolbar.
