Jaeger template: production-elasticsearch installation error in elasticsearch pod #552

We are seeing the following error in installation of elasticsearch by using Jaeger template: production-elasticsearch

"elasticsearch pod: Readiness probe failed: cat: /opt/app-root/src/init_failures: No such file or directory "

"elasticsearch-cdm-servicemesh1jaeger-1 is paused. This will stop any new rollouts or triggers from running until resumed."

How to produce:

Set up OCP4.1.12 cluster on AWS
Create OperatorSource
Install all four product operators from operatorhub: Elasticsearch operator, Jaeger operator, Kiali operator, service mesh operator
Create a smcp by using tracing.jaeger.template: production-elasticsearch

Check Events from the smcp namespace and see the error above.
