Add menu option to exit the app #227

It would be super nice to have a menu option to exit the application.
When I am done using the app, I don't want it hanging around in the background.

The Pandora internet radio app has a "Exit" menu option and when you select
it, it closes and is no longer running at all.

Yeah, my battery on my 1 day old HTC Hero already dies after 6 hours from a
full
charge, now since I can't exit this program it will die even faster. Time for
an
uninstall.

To close ConnectBot, disconnect all sessions, *including* any local sessions,
using
the menu option within the session or a long press on the session name from the
main
menu. When you subsequently press the 'Back' button ConnectBot will cycle out
of
scope and be properly dealt with by Android.

@Patrick oleary - connectbot is not shutting down or cycling out of scope as it
should. Last night I ended all sessions as you suggested and then hit the back
button and went to bed with my new HTC Desire HD charged to 100%. When I woke
up this morning the battery was at 38%. When I checked the battery usage it
confirmed that it was conenctbot that had eaten away at the battery all night.
Therefore I would really appreciate an 'Exit' menu option to be sure that the
applicaton has exited.

I followed directions from Patrick above, but ConnectBot still remains in my
running tasks, appearing to use 10-20MB of memory.
