Someday be able to add a serial port function ？

usb to serial(PL2302 usb to serial)

I can not bring a laptop computer ！

I agree, this would be very helpful. Especially with a Xoom and 3.1. Would just 
need to connect to /dev/usb0 or whatever device it connects as.

Maybe this could be used as the demo app works on my Asus EEE Pad.
I don't know if this commercial library could be used in this project though.

Second this ... being able to use connectbot's already great term emu on serial 
would  make it even easier to leave the notebook at home for admin issues...

Would love this functionality. All Serial Terminal Apps that are available for 
Android are far behind connectbot's capabilities.
