Todo divider on Venue 'Tips' tab incorrectly labeled #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Added a new Todo from the 'Add Tip' overlay
2. Stayed on the current venue page and scrolled to bottom
3. My todo is listed under a second divider called 'Tips' 

(after backing out and revisiting venue page, correctly labled under 'Todos')

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see the todo under a divider labeled 'Todo'

Iinstead, it is under a separate list of Todos mislabeled 'Tips'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

8/31 release
1.5 Cupcake
