重新登录服务器，重新加载配置文件：

[ec2-user@ip-172-31-8-13 ~]$ sudo -s
[root@ip-172-31-8-13 ec2-user]# cd /usr/local/bin/
[root@ip-172-31-8-13 bin]# ./ssserver -c /etc/shadowsocks.json -d restart
INFO: loading config from /etc/shadowsocks.json
2017-06-29 07:38:31 INFO     loading libcrypto from libcrypto.so.10
stopped
started

关于插件的配置，可是配置成如下图，设置PAC链接为：https://raw.githubusercontent.com/breakwa11/gfw_whitelist/master/whiteiplist.pac qq 20170630200156
