The detailed annotation column has info of what type of repeat is present -
Eg. ACCORD2_I-int|LTR|Gypsy - Gypsy is a type of LTR
DMRT1B|LINE|R1 - R1 is a type of LINE repeats
Goal is to add a column to the master table with the type ie, the value after the last '|'.
Note: Some annotation types dont have this info and in such cases we can just use NA.
