To perform t-test/other statistical test between groups in chr vs MACS plot, based on the repetitive status.

I have already performed t-test between the groups - 0-10, 11-90 and 91-100% reps overall MACS scores. We can try doing ANOVA, but we might not have to do the tests per chromosome.
