If I can know the preparing time and deliver time, it's better for me to schedule my time for my work and study in order to find myself several minutes to have my meal, because when I have to order food online instead of to the restaurant to eat, I must be very busy at that time, therefore, I don't want to waste my time on waiting or suffering hunger. I think it is important for me to know the process of my order going.

That is so cool! I can schedule my meal as I schedule my work agenda...in this way I won't waste one single min, which might be too important for me during workday.

As a customer, I think to know the delivery time could be very important for me.

The 'food tracker' in our app is an important tool. Instead of calling us constantly to get an update on the order, the customers can simply open their app and check the status.
