Before Sorting:
Sno Name    Position    Department
1   Karen   presenter   Immunology 
2   Bezhu   head    Hematology
3   Abu Chief head  Biological Immunology
4   Jancy   Staff   cardiology

After Sorting: ( 1.Sort by Name)
Sno Name    Position    Department
3   Abu Chief head  Biological Immunology
2   Bezhu   head    Hematology
4   Jancy   Staff   cardiology
1   Karen   presenter   Immunology 

2.Sort by Position
Sno Name    Position    Department
3   Abu Chief head  Biological Immunology
2   Bezhu   head    Hematology
1   Karen   presenter   Immunology 
4   Jancy   Staff   cardiology

>>I have tried  using a custom cell editor class ,But it doesn’t  seem to 
work
