Sorting in vb.net base class is commented out, keep getting signature invalid messages #179

In the vb.net base class there is an error in the source code. The sort 
function in the GenerateSignatureBase function is commented out.

When you are trying to request a token you will keep getting "invalid 
signature" messages.

Warren Bowley already noticed this 9 months ago and also provided a fix for 
this on a forum here: http://vimeo.com/forums/topic:18680
