integrate gstreamer to KanTV #72

As everyone knows, gstreamer is similar to Microsoft's DirectShow and implemented by plain C/C++. we want to integrate gstreamer in project KanTV.

I used gstreamer in company's project 10 years ago. so it's not important currently. I will focus on #64 .

this issue would be re-opened later.
