How to integrate mouse brain sagittal anterior and posterior slices #21

Hi,

I am interested in Supplementary Figure 6: mouse brain sagittal anterior and posterior slices, but I do not know how to apply your fantastic model "STAligner" to integrate the mentioned two slices and get the cluster results. I cannot find the direct tutorial about this applicaiton here. Could you please give me some suggestions? Thanks!
