How to download the KEGG database from kobas3? #3

In terms of database installation, I have a difficulty in finding the KEGG database from the kobas3 download page which is the one you recommended? Could you please describe more where to download it? Thanks.

I also found that the annotation database of kobas is not available when installing on a new server. I don't know where to download it now，so I copied the previously downloaded database.
