cTP-net on mouse data and model files #14

Hi

Would you recommend to use cTP-net on mouse datasets? I understand you trained the model using human datasets.

My second question would be what the differences between the model files are. Are the 12 surface markers contained in the set of 24? when is it recommended to use each? /cTPnet/data/gene_names_protein12.RData /cTPnet/data/gene_names_protein24.RData /cTPnet/data/gene_names_seurat3_protein12.RData

thanks in advance, Pedro

Hi Pedro,

Currently, we haven't identified any CITE-seq datasets on mouse. As a result, we are unable to train the neural network. However, if there is any mouse CITE-seq datasets you are aware of, please share and we can definitely train the network.

We always recommend the 24 protein surface marker as the training data sets were more diverse. The 12 protein version was old and kept just in case somebody wants to reproduce their old results.

Thanks!
