Windows phone 8 not accepting the dll of boghe .

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.OPen Project solution
2. Add reference to duobango_rt.backendproxystub.dll
3.Shows a dialog that cannot be added.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Must add the dll so that the application can be run.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows phone 8 with visual studio 2012 professional 

Please provide any additional information below.
There are no samples to work with for windows phone 8
