new feature - auto-install apk #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If apk is not already-installed on the emulator, droidbox exits
(see screenshot226)

2. I've modified it so it will auto-install it, if needed before running:
(see screenshot227)

and if the application is already installed, it continues...
