dde-dock compile can't find dde-network-utils #41

Maybe it is because that dde-network-utils is installed in /usr/lib. I summit an update of the ebuild. Please sync this overlay and remerge dde-network-utils to have a try.

It's OK now. Perhaps the problem is that I used experiment profile(17.1/systemd). Thanks！
