misalignment between SSL4EO-S12 and real world maps #24

Apart from non-perfect S1/S2 alignment (https://github.com/zhu-xlab/SSL4EO-S12/issues/22), there seems to be also misalignment (up to several pixels) between the dataset images and real-world maps like OSM. This is to be investigated.

Sorry for the delay; this issue has been fixed. I will soon upload the corrected version of the dataset
