Python Backend

Added a bunch of functions that get averages for the past 9 games:

average gold per minute
average xp per minute
average cs per minute
JavaScript / Server Side

Implemented match history:

/{name}/matchhistory
gives back the full matchhistory of the last 9 games, not sure how useful this is...
To Do:

Add routes to implement the averaging functions on the javascript side
