Frontend Update Notes #11

Please don't merge this to master yet. I deleted some things that I plan on reincorporating if you all think that I'm headed in the right direction.

Changes I made

serve static content from a whole directory in express
moved angular code into one file
- I will change this later once I figure out how to interact properly with D3 as a directive
added D3 heat calendar reading example data
added a table showing the response from GET/summoner/:summoner_name
removed duplicate script loading in views (jade and html)
To Do
Figure out how to parse game data into d3-compatible format
Load D3 stuff in a cleaner way

Let me know if you think I'm on the right track

This looks really nice! I think this is definitely on the right track, the only thing now is to get the data in the right format.

@zhued and I worked on that already and I think most of the logic is in: /data_collection/data_processing/time_processing.js
