Icon for Apartment

Have a suggestion for new icons ?
Can you please come up with Apartment Icon.
I intend to use it in www.propertymapz.com ( free property listings - world
wide ).

I already made an icon for "real estate" and it's showing an apartment :

Thanks a lot, I will be using your apartment.png.
Can I request you to create the icons in different colors.
Basically for my site, I am looking for the following
1) Apartment for Sale => Color A
2) Apartment For Rent => Color B
3) Apartment for Sale & Rent => Color A and Color B ( something like that ).
4) Apartment for Sale => Color A + ( Some Indication such as tick mark at the 
Top 
Right Corner ).  This is to identify the user's listings ( if he/she had logged 
in )
5) Apartment for Rent => Color B + ( Some Indication such as tick mark at the 
Top 
Right Corner ).  This is to identify the user's listings ( if he/she had logged 
in )
6) Apartment for Rent => Color A + B + ( Some Indication such as tick mark at 
the 
Top Right Corner ).  This is to identify the user's listings ( if he/she had 
logged 
in )

7) Property For sale => Color A
8) Property For Rent => Color B
9) Property For Sale => Color A + Some Indication..... for logged in user
10) Property For Sale => Color B + Some Indication..... for logged in user

Color A => Red
Color B => Blue
I know I am asking too much.  But will really appreciate if you can help on 
this.

Hello,
I think you are asking too much. Usually I create open-source icons for 
everyone, but
your demand is beyond, and I think I would do it as a paid job.

I would not ask a big price for the 10 icons, but it's the principle.
What do you think of this idea ?
