New icon idea for Culture & Entertainment (Public Aquarium) #43

Hi Nico,

I'm happy about the idea for a Aquarium (Public) but not with how I made
it... Perhaps you can do something with this one, you are so much better
than me at doing icons, especially with animals and people in them.

YES, I know! ;-)  Whooaa...  No, well, OK, I will change it a little and send 
it to
you again. Also you posted it in the wrong category because I made it with the 
wrong
background color, sorry about that. It's even a "left to do" item in the 
Culture &
Entertainment category.

OK, doesn't get much better for me...  Just changed the background and fixed 
some
pixels transparency...
