Login not working #1974

On the login it's not possible to proceed. On the network I can see a 403 error on "https://pluto.web.telegram.org/apiw1" request. This happens on both "https://web.telegram.org/#/login" and "https://zhukov.github.io/webogram/#/login"

it maybe your isp blocking it, try opera browser with private tab + vpn.
