Cant resive SMS activation Code #2013

Hello I hava a problem weth SMS activation code that i can't get even if my number phone is corect, when i try to migrate from another account i receiv a message means my Telegram is already in use. Can somone help? thanks.

boa noite, Olá Tive um problema com o código de ativação do SMS que não consigo obter mesmo que o meu número de telefone esteja correto, quando tento migrar de outra conta recebo uma mensagem que significa que meu Telegram já está em uso. Alguém pode ajudar? obrigado
