access and downloading self-destructing videos over telegram web #2103

self-destructing media is not supportet in telegram web (for a good reason). however self-destructing videos in a normal (not-encrypted) chat are displayed clear in the latest telegram web version. they can be watched and even downloaded without the other person knowing about it.
