Currently, PhenoWatch is one page where data is input and results are displayed. There should be three pages to toggle between:
1: When users navigate to PhenoWatch, they should be at the data entry page. In the top left it should say, "PhenoWatch: Data Entry and Verification". This will be the page where data is entered (similar to the current version) and verification checks are made before data is accepted into the dataset.
2: Once data has been entered and verified, users should be able to navigate to page 2. In the top left it should say, "PhenoWatch: Figure Development". This will be the page where the user decides how the data will be displayed.
3: Users should be able to move between pages 2 and 3 at will by toggling a button. Page three should be called, "PhenoWatch: Figure Comparison".
