Hai thank you for your reply i have sorted the issue uninstalled openseespy package, deactivated the virtual env and re did the whole thing of setting up from ground up, must be some issue with the virtual environment

i have the latest python running v 3.11.1 and the openseespy version 3.5.1.12 but i have still getting the error "RuntimeError: Failed to import openseespy on Windows" on my virtual environment.
Pliz give me suggestion to sort this issue
