WARNING element type ShellNLDKGT is unknown #223

Hi, I would like to use ShellNLDKGT, but I get the message "WARNING element type ShellNLDKGT is unknown". How can I use this element through OpenSeesPy?

Should be in the next update https://github.com/OpenSees/OpenSees/pull/541
