Sensitivity Examples: Steel moment frame & Simple cantilever (displacement and load-control) #239

I think it's good to generate "Sensitivity Examples" section. The first two examples can be:

  1. Steel moment frame for displacement-controlled sensitivity analysis, based on the model described in detail by Prof. Michael Scott (https://portwooddigital.com/2021/01/03/sensitivity-training/),
  2. Simple cantilever for load-controlled sensitivity analysis, based on the model described in detail by Prof. Michael Scott (https://opensees.berkeley.edu/OpenSees/workshops/OpenSeesDays2011/B5_MHS.pdf).
