Shallow Foundation Generator #267

Hello Dr.Scott,

I was wondering whether it would be possible to add the useful "Shallow Foundation Generator" command in OpenseesPy.

Sorry for the late response. The command is available in OpenSeesPy but we have not tested it as the command appears to create intermediate Tcl files. Have you tried a simple example with this command in Python?
