Can "quad" element be used for 3D modeling, and why do they report errors when used for 3D modeling

There is a 3D version of the quad element.

Please use the issues on this repo for updates to the documentation of OpenSeesPy. Modeling questions should be asked elsewhere, e.g., OpenSees message board or Facebook group
