Thats not sufficient, can you go in your storage or sdcard: Boardwalk->gamedir->crash-reports and open the file mostly recent created, copy all and past here to help the developer to know what is the true issue.

When I look in boardwalk then gamedir there is no crash reports folder
Clear data and try again.
It now works after reinstalling it this is a great application
