now,block launcher's Server.sendChat is not working right? -pls make a new sendChat for lan game playing like: Player.sendChat(str),but use in lan game only.

zhuowei not gonna make this cause it can use for spam:/ thats why zhuowei doesn't fix the sendchat bug
