Wrong item showing once selected (?) #46

This is kinda hard to explain. When I duplicated an item in my inventory, The 6 items on the game screen do not change once I change them. For example, when I select the Diamond Sword, it shows that I have a Cobblestone block active instead. This happens to all my items.

This happened to me too. But after a time returned to normal.
