Opening up "Edit World Info" Corrupts 12.1 world if portal is active #66

I had been using EditWorldInfo to get XYZ coordinates for some time without any issue. As soon as I activated the Nether portal, whenever I use EditWorldInfo, I immediately get a "Saved" notification, then the Nether portion of that world is corrupted (just shows up as endless red void).

Using latest release on Playstore as of Sep 22, 2015.

Thoughts?
