With recurring frequency, some users may want to set deadlines that recur every week/month/year and hence set a deadline to a past date. We would like to allow this behaviour, hence this is allowed, with no warning to prevent confusion. Hence, this bug is rejected.

Reason for disagreement: Even with recurring deadlines, in most cases, a user will set the deadline for the task in advance. It also makes sense for non-recurring deadlines to be in the future.
A user may accidentally key in a deadline in the past, even though in reality we usually want the deadlines to be in the future.
It would be more helpful for the user if there was an indication (i.e. warning) of a deadline in the past.
