Message Boards - Japanese thread titles look inconsistent with English thread titles #154

When a user enters a title for a thread in Japanese, the font density looks lighter than it would in English. This could be fixed by putting Japanese/Chinese/Etc characters in bold.

  1. User adds the Message Boards portlet
  2. User adds a thread with the title as: テスト
  3. User views the thread The system displays the title in the table header in a font that looks lighter than it would in English
