n MSIE8 the user is unable to collapse the help window all the way to the margin in the control panel.

  1. User navigates to the Control Panel
  2. User clicks on Wiki
  3. User prepares to enter an article
  4. User clicks on "Hide index help" System doesn't expand the text area all the way to the margin. This text area expands all the way to the margin in Firefox
