User is not notified in the UI when trying to upload a workflow definition with invalid syntax #179

To reproduce:

  1. Create a new Kaleo definition file based on the single-approver-workflow-definition.xml file and call it foo-workflow-definition.xml and edit the inside the markup of the file.
  2. Go to the Control Panel
  3. Under Portal, click "Workflow"
  4. Click on the "Add" button
  5. Don't give it a title
  6. Upload the XML file
  7. Back on the list of definitions, click on the Actions menu, and click on Edit
  8. Edit the foo-workflow-definition.xml file in by making it invalid, perhaps by changing the
