Connection refused error when attaching IP camera #399

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When I attach an IP camera to the router I get the following error and I'm 
unable to access the camera.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
I use my wl-500gp with the latest firmware - WL500gp-1.9.2.7-rtn-r5066.trx
The camera is an IP camera from SerComm

Under "IP Config > Miscellaneous" I have enabled UPnP and choose both protocols.

IP camera has nothing with UPnP(miniupnpd).

You have to know IP basic knowledge. Try to read wl500g.info forum or similar 
articles in Internet.

Sorry for my lack on knowledge. But I get the above error message when I 
connect the camera to the router. First it receives an IP address, in my case 
it is 192.168.1.5, then it sends the following error message 

Jun  6 22:02:17 miniupnpd[227]: upnp_event_process_notify: connect failed: 
Connection refused

The camera has its own web interface and storage for collected data. But I'm 
not able to access this web interface.
