Lost 3g connection - cannot reconnect #428

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 1.9.2.7-rtn-r5066 and plug in e3276 modem
2. Configure Ethernet over USB with NCM device control
3. Connect
4. When network breaks thet connection the modem goes into disabled mode. 
Status shows that modem is still connected. Reconnection fails (usually the 
issue is in dhcp client configuration. Sometimes it helps to click Disconnect 
and then Connect but not always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that Oleg's firmware will properly show status (as disconnected) 
and manage dhcp client during 3g connection

What version of the product are you using?
1.9.2.7-rtn-r5066

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
System log shows
kernel: cdc_ncm: usb0: network connection: disconnected
kernel: wan0: port 1(usb0) entering disabled state
I guess if "disabled state" is not the reason of the problem

Try to update firmware from nightbuilds http://asus.vectormm.net/rtn/

I have tried on 1.9.2.7-rtn-r5337 but issue is the same
