keyboard causes terminal to crash during editing ofkeys/ shortcuts etc

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In terminal access the menu by tapping the screen
2. Go to config
3. try to edit anything that needs the keyboard, it will crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

For the keyboard to work and terminal not to crash and save my custom
Commands
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version of mobile terminal (old) on a itouch 3G the crash was tested 
on 4.1 and 4.2.1 and an touch 2g 4.1

Please provide any additional information below.

It would be great if you fixed the problem I want to edit the config :)

We're not fixing any issues related to old versions of MobileTerminal, it's 
code was like a very advanced Jenga tower and unable to be ported to iOS4 or 
future versions.

Please use the lastest revisions.
