RA not issued by CA On JSCEP 2.0.2 #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install NDES with Subordinate CA 
2. Try Enrollment

RAs must be verified 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Microsoft NDES 2008 Enterprise R2  and JSCEP 2.0.2 Client
